Since 1994, the South African government has provided revised legislative frameworks for organisations. One of the major strategic objectives is to ensure that organisations actively participate in eradicating discriminatory policies and practices that have been transferred from the past societal system. These policies and practices require active transformation to reflect the new democratic dispensation principles that are based on recognition and implementation of individual human rights in mind and practice. This Course is for Training Committee and Employment Equity Committee, Senior Managers of departments and every employee group representative driving the cause for equity and transformation.

  • Helps management to implement Employment Equity Plans and achieve compliances standards. Compliance in terms of the act means the organisation will not face the steep penalties as resolved by the government for non-compliance.
